I am Kathrin, a German trauma surgeon who by total coincidence found her passion for finances, no kidding! I was gifted a book by a friend, “Retirement with 40”. Well, while it was already a bit late for that, all of a sudden I found myself reading everything I could find about finances, attending investment conferences and debating strategies. How was that possible? I was one of those people rather leaving the room than talking about money! Money was never “my thing, way too boring. If anything, I'm doctor smart, not finance smart. And anyways, I'm way too busy as it is…not gonna spend my free time on this BS“…sounds familiar?
However, to my own surprise, one day soon after reading that book, I was at brunch with one of my oldest girlfriends. When the place was about to close in the evening we were still sitting there, talking all things money and investing - and to our surprise loving it! We realized that we, and all our girlfriends, had no clue when it came to the topic and that it was about time to change that.
Since now I was a happy investor with a pretty fast learning curve I wouldn't stop talking about the topic, wanting to motivate people around me to start learning about it. And so more and more women started approaching me. First only my girlfriends but then all of a sudden the nurse at the clinic, my bosses secretary, my colleague in between seeing patients… All of them asking similar questions: What do you mean by investing? How does it all work? What is a brokerage account and how do you open one? What is an ETF? How do you buy or sell one? And where on earth to start?

This online program is designed for a period of 10-12 weeks. With 2 weeks per module. The course consists of several videos per module that you can watch according to your personal schedule and timing. The dates for the live Q&As will vary and the Q&As will be recorded and sent to you if you are not able to attend. Ideally, you will set aside 3-5 hours for each module.
